What To Do If Having Constipation, Pain In Anus After Bowel Movements?

So I have constipation a lot and it hurts afterwards. I tried exercising so that I go to the bathroom more often and now I do. Except now my anus doesn't have time to heal between each bathroomvisit and it hurts after I go to the bathroom. I tried using boroline for my anus but will it help? I need a way to heal my anus so that I can start a healthy cycle of going to the bathroom. Please help.

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having absolute constipation producing hard fecolith leading to sore and infected anal canal.
Take laxative daily at night.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course for healing.
Ok and take care.
