Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to repeated head concussion.

What are your actual blood pressure values?

I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical examination and a brain CT scan to exclude possible intracranial hemorrhage.

Further blood lab tests may be needed to exclude other possible causes of headache (viral infection, inflammation, chronic anemia, etc.).

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes,
Dr. Aida
