What To Do If Having Involuntary Movements Like Blinking Eyes After Taking Seizure Medicines?

My husband started having involuntary moments like twisting/squirming type movements. His back muscle spasm and make him jerk and twist. And he will blink his eyes alto to and scrunch his nose. He has TBI and is taking seizure med but he has been taking it for a long time and this just started

The involuntary spasms may be a form of seizures, they may be focal seizures.
He should be reassessed by his GP or neurologist. It is possible that his medication may need to be altered.
