What To Do If Having Pain Below Chest, Loose Motions, Nausea?
Hi Doctor, My husband is suffering from abdomin pain just below middle of chest, loosmotions, vomit like feeling. Pain is increasing. I given him meftal- spas & Gelusile tab chewed form with ors right now.Is this work or not. Right now morning 4:00 is here.hlp.
After reading your post, it seems that he is suffering from gastrointestinal tract infections which needs medical management.
You should get him clinically examined and investigated.
He should be given an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg and an antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily along with Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily. A prebiotic will have an added beneficial effect.
