What To Do If Having Stomach Cramps, Diarrhoea, Sweating, Blood In Stools?

last night I had stomach cramps and had dierrhera, sweating very bad for like 2 hours. I went back to bed after about 2 hours on the toilet. I wake up about 1 hr later and was freezing. Now I feel like I need to go to the bathroom. But I only have a little liquid brown stuff and blood in it. I feel find no fever.I can eat , I had soup and I been drinking lots of water.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of stomach cramps, diarrhea, sweating very bad for 2 hours, freezing, need to go to bathroom again, only little liquid brown stuff, and blood in it, no fever and can eat, had soup and had lots of water.
Your history is suggestive of enteritis with toxemia as evident by sweating, chills, loose stools with blood.
I would advise you the following:
Rush to ER/ nearby hospital for clinical evaluation, examination and tests of stool, blood and urine.
Get a course of a PPI like Omeprazole, antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
If required and asked for- get admitted and get intravenous fluids and electrolytes.
