Sleep well and try to stay active to feel more energetic throughout the day.

Have a healthy breakfast which has less of fat but more carbohydrates like whole wheat sandwiches, cornflakes with milk, fruits etc.

Get your haemoglobin checked to make sure you're not anaemic. If you are iron deficient, your haemoglobin will be low leading to anaemia which also causes, easy fatigue, weakness and loss of interest in work.

A deficiency of B complex vitamins is also likely especially if you are having a high calories diet. Make sure you get your B vitamins from whole grain cereals like bran, brown rice, whole wheat products. You can also take a B complex capsule daily.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself well-hydrated.

Hope this will help in solving your problem.
