I was frying a steak on the stove and when I was turning it over it plopped grease on my face, neck and arm. The only place that I am worried about is some of the grease splatter got on my eyelid. My eye doesn t burn but the eyelid does. How do I take care of this and what do I put on the burns?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You can put a silver nitrate based ointment on the burns . If your eye hurts sometimes or there is any redness you can use some antibiotics like Moxifloxacin eye drops and tear drops .
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
