What To Do If Periods Are Irregular Even After Taking Regestrone?

Dr i had taken regestrone on 1st oct 2013 after that i got my periods on 16th oct which was very less in amount. But after that i did not got my periods and now it is about to complete 3 months without periods. I had an ultrasound which was normal nd blood test was also normal. What should i do now?
