Hi,
If you have had a trans-vaginal sonogram to look for the fetal viability after the spotting and everything is fine, please do not worry. The spotting usually subsides in course of time and with rest as brown color usually denotes old bleeding. Yet, you should ask your doctor if there is need to continue with the progesterone as absolute stoppage in such a situation is not advisable. Please continue with the rest of the medication, avoid stress in any form including intercourse and eat a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
