What To Do If Sugar Level Is High And Having Dizziness And Weakness?

I am 38 years old-male, and i am having the sugar problem since last 6 years, i do check my sugar level regularly, and find that my PP sugar is 257, and i feel very dizzy and weak

Hello,
Uncontrolled diabetes leads to weakness and dizziness.The most important thing to do is to control your blood sugar levels very meticulously so as avoid future macro as well as microvascular complications.You are very young and hence must employ all means to control the sugar.
Observe proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.Take VIT D and VIT B12.
Consult a diabetologist and get a proper treatment plan from him.
