What To Do If The Lip Changes Colour From Red To Purple When A Child Runs?

My grand child ( female) is two year old. When ever shu runs her lip colour changes from the usual red to some what dark in colour. However this is only for fewseconds, that is as soon as she stops running the colour comes back to red. Doctor, what could be the reasons and what should I do in this case?
