What To Do In Case Of Cystocele And Pollups Attached To The Bladder?

I think I may have large c. Extreme discomfort, groin pain, cannot control urination...so I decided to look for myself. I can see my bladder. It is down to a point that I can see a 1 inch slit in it. I am so embarrased. Should I go to the ER. Tried to make Dr appt and it would be weeks. I also see these pollups or whatever , 3 or 4 of them around the site, attached to the bladder, about the size of quarters.
