What To Do To Calm Down During Pregnancy As Heart Is Racing After A Huge Argument?

8 weeks pregnant and got in a huge arguement with my fiance...really bad one. My heart has been racing for over an hour and my blood is boiling. My concern is I starting having cramps in the uterus area. Going to a doctor tonight is not an option. I ve had losses before and am scared...what should I do from home to calm down and stop the cramping? I want this baby more than anything. What can I do to ensure everything will be ok?

Your preference seems to be for the child rather than anything else.
So dear, please try to keep control over your rage and arguments. Try to remain calm. If at all any argument starts, please try to cut it short and forget the differences. Start deep breathing and concentrate on your heart. Soft music will definitely help you to overcome such instances. Particularly Indian Raga Malkauns will help you in such situations.
Most of the time the hot arguments continue due to the ego issue. Remember the message of Jesus Christ - Cut I - that's why the cross.
If at 8 weeks durations, cramps start in the uterus, that is the sign of abortion and hardly you can do anything for that. The uterine relaxants do not act on the uterus so early in pregnancy. Progesterone may relax the uterus but then if the abortion process has started, then it may lead to more problematic condition called as Missed Abortion.
So if the uterine pains continue, you have to see your obstetrician rather than taking any domestic measures.
If luckily your pregnancy is intact, which I feel should be so, try to avoid such incidences in future. Rely on Indian Yoga and Pranayam (Breathing Exercises).
