What To Do To Lose Weight?

hello, this is to get further information so i can get my parents off my back i was once over weight and weighed 85kg and i now weigh 70.4kg but i want to lose another 10.4kg and my parents think i am obsessed with it all now and that i need help but i am not i am not like anorexic or anything like, that i just want to be happy and healthy with my body all i do is train with a trainer 3 times a week and 3 day by myself and 6 gym classes a week as well as i might exercise during the day depending on what i eat. can you help on how i prove i am fine thanks

Good to know that you are doing enough physical activity,to this you can join sports team or dance or swimming that further helps you tobreduce weight easily.

The next thing is diet.....you can contact our team for personalised diet chart for you by filling form.
In general follow a diet which has more fiber,less calories,less carbohydrates, less fat andbmore water.
Frequent fruits and vegetables salad(say before lunch and as evening snack eg papaya,cucumber,apple,watermelon, mixed veg salad)
With salads soups,green tea,tender coconut water,butter milk in a day 3 to 4 serves(each serve 300ml)
Avoid junk foods.
