in males height stops by the age of 21 years because epiphyseal plates present in the long bones get fused by this age.These plates are responsible for the height of a person.At your age of 31 years it is not possible for your height to increase now.Dont fall in the trap of any advertisement as these are totally frauds.No medicine can increase your height now.
