What Treatment Can Be Useful For White Discolourization On Forehead?

Hi... Im from India. My 18 yrs old daughter has acne,dandruff since about 2yrs and its controlled with dermatologist treatment. Now she has white discolourization on the forehead for about 2months. Dermatologist prescribed Prophysalic NF ointment for 1 month. But of no use. Please advice. Thank you.
