What Treatment Do You Suggest For Symptoms Of Hematoma ?

Hi,

About 15 minutes ago I fell outside on the ice. In doing so, my head hit the pole of a nearby street sign.

Now there's a huge "goose egg" bump on the back left side where it hit. It's very soft and squishy. I currently don't feel nautious or anything, but definitely am paranoid about it.

I read up on hematoma, so I figured this could be it. However it's 3am, and I'm not sure if I should go to sleep right away or go check it out at an urgent care center.

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
The soft and squishy swelling is Hematoma. If size of it is not increasing then there is no urgency required. You have already mentioned that you didn't feel nauseated or lost your consciousness.
Apply a cold compress to it and have an analgesic. You can see your doctor at morning.
