What Treatment Is Advisable For RA?

I'm a 51 yr old female who was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. In 2008 I was diagnosed with primary breast lymphoma and hepatits c. I was treated with Zevalin/Rituxan and Epivir. My cancer is in remission and my liver function is good though my viral load is high. My question is regarding the treatment for the RA. What treatment would I be able to tolerate? I almost died from the previous treatment. I've read that many of the biologics can exacerbate the lymphoma or affect the liver. I'm in excruciating pain and extremely fatigued. I can't believe I lived through the cancer (and the treatment) to now have to go through this! Please help. Thank you for your assistance.
