What Treatment Is Advisable When The Uterus Is Bulky And Tiny Left Nephrolithiasis?
Hello doctor , I have gone to consultant obstetrician &gynaeologoist because during my mensuration period blood was not flowing like it used be in the past ..it has been few months and my period is always in time but with no flows only spotting ... doctor told me to have Ultrasound and in report it was seen I have bulky utreus (measures 10.4*4.0*5.3 cm) with normal in echo texture. Endometrial thickness is normal (10.5mm).No SOL seen .and also it was seen that I have tiny left nephrolithiasis(an echogenic focus casting distal acoustic shadow seen in mid pole measuring approx4.5mm.No hydronephrosis seen and my left kidney is normal shape and size .. and am unmarried too
As per the narration and my clinical experience co relation, the ultrasound report is suggestive of hormone imbalance giving bulky uterus. It is the correction of hormone imbalance which will make the issue clear.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
