What Treatment Is Suggested For Cough,cold & Frequent Fever?

Hello sir..

I have two kids elder is 4 years old and younger is 9 months old..

from past 3 days they are having cough cold and frequent fever...i m giving paracetomol for both of them but it hasnt stopped ..still i havnt started antibiotic..if so which medicine shall i put?

will Secef syrup will serve both the kids?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should not give any drug, especially antibiotics in children without consulting pediatrician.
Dosage in children are very specific. So we need to be very careful to prevent over dosage.
Some antibiotics are harmful for children. So better not to give antibiotics haphazardly without consulting pediatrician.
Possibility of viral infection is more in your children' case. Viral infection like Influenza are very common in children. It can easily spread in family members. Viral infection does not need antibiotics.
So better not to give any antibiotics without pediatrician consultation.
