HELLO, GREETINGS FROM CAMEROON, I AM CALLED, ENNI QUODENSIA TINYIH AND MY SONS NAME IS AGWE JEDIDIAH NJIH BORNE ON THE 4TH OF FEBUARY 2011. I WAS BROWSING OVER THE NET IN SEARCH FOR A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM MY SON IS 12 MONTHS OLD NOW AND CANNOT SIT .HE IS COMPLEATLY WEAK IN HIS UPPER ABDOMEN.HIS HANDS NECK AND BACK ARE ALL WEAK.THOUGH HE EATS WELL ,NEVER SICK AND LOOKING VERY HEALTHY . I HAVE TRIED SO MANY PEDIATRICIANS IN MY COUNTRY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DON T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CHILD AND ADVICE ME TO ASK FOR FOREIGN ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE LACK OF SUFFICIENT MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS TO TEST THE BABY IN AFRICA, DR,I AM GRADUALLY WASTING AWAY DUE TO MY BABIES CONDITION .PLEAS I NEED YOUR HELP.REPLY AND I WILL SEND THE BABIES PICTURES FOR YOU TO EXAMINE .THANKS WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY, GOD BLESS, STAY BLESS.

Hi cameroon,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child.

By what you quote it seems that your child probably has cerebral palsy or neuromascular disorder.
In my opinion, you should do an MRI brain of child to confirm the diagnosis.
Hearing assessment and vision assessment should also be done.
Till all the reports come, you should do physiotherapy.
Review back with above reports and some pictures of child.
