What Treatment Is Suggested For Enlarged Prostate?
I ve seen a urologist and all the test performed were normal. 3 different types of meds were given to me. Nothing has worked. I m sure exactly when this all began to affect me, but I m 48 now. Going back I believe about 10 to about 15yrs ago I slept right through the night. I have to urinate pretty much every 2hrs 24/7. Besides enlarged prostate, what could be the cause this issue.
You should go for ultrasound abdomen, PSA and urine examination. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Drugs like tamsulosin or prazocin and finasteride are helpful. If there is large size then trans urethral resection of prostate (TURP) can be done. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
