What Treatment Is Suggested For Enlargement Of Testicles?
Dear Sir, I am 21, and a student. My left testicle grew about in an hour of having sex with my GF. i felt pain initially , but after a day or two the pain was, except that my left testicle is getting bigger by day. I had ultrasound of my testicle and the surgeon told me that there was nothing wrong except that there seems a hydrocele to be forming. He gave me some antibiotics and some medicines which I took for a week but nothing happened. I think my left testicle is growing by day. What do you think ? Should I go for an operation. How much time will it take to recover. Will it affect my fertility or have any effect on erections?
HI. Hydroceles are not known to occur or increase on sex. There is a possibility of a infantile sort of a hernia where only fluid from abdomen will leak into the sac BUT this is necessarily painless. IT is possible that there is a torsion of the testis . Please consult an Urologist or another Surgeon immediately go for another ultrasonography and COLOR DOPPLER of the scrotum and lower abdomen also as advised by Urologist as he knows who is the best around Till then continue your medicines ; give support to the scrotum, avoid all strenuous activity including sex .
