What Treatment Is Suggested For Headache & Back Pain?
I have had upper back pain on and off for a year now. Headaches that last a few weeks that are dull and feel sinus related. Lately...I can't seem to wake up. I have no energy. I've taken sinus meds and headache meds...othing helps. It always comes back.

For headache first of all check your blood pressure as hypertension is among common cause for headache
I need history regarding smoking, stress, lack of sleep, hypoglycemia, irregular sleep etc...these factors can lead headache as well
Avoid smoking if having habit
While working on computer take rest in between for 5 minute after one hour of working
For sinusitis if suspected first of all x ray PNS should be done for that
According to cause specific treatment and advise given
