What Treatment Is Suggested For Headache?

I have had headache for about 4 days no strong I ate an activia in the morning and I had stomachache and ate a chocolate it was OK But after lunch I slept and I had little headache at 8 p.m it was hard in back of head I took two Advil now OK I feel like I want to get out what I have ate

Hi,

It is possible that the headaches you're describing are related to what you ate and you could be adversely reacting to that or it could be entirely unrelated. A headache strictly in the back of the head could be tension in nature (especially if shoulders and neck also feel sore).

Or it could be part of a migraine picture. If it is resolving after a couple of Advil and going away then, I believe it is likely the consequence of what you ate (ACTIVIA, chocolate) though spontaneous headache also cannot be ruled out.
