I have had headache for about 4 days no strong I ate an activia in the morning and I had stomachache and ate a chocolate it was OK But after lunch I slept and I had little headache at 8 p.m it was hard in back of head I took two Advil now OK I feel like I want to get out what I have ate
It is possible that the headaches you're describing are related to what you ate and you could be adversely reacting to that or it could be entirely unrelated. A headache strictly in the back of the head could be tension in nature (especially if shoulders and neck also feel sore).
Or it could be part of a migraine picture. If it is resolving after a couple of Advil and going away then, I believe it is likely the consequence of what you ate (ACTIVIA, chocolate) though spontaneous headache also cannot be ruled out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
