What Treatment Is Suggested For Heavy And Prolonged Menstruation?

My period has been going for 3 going on 4 months straight non stop very heavyily. I have been going through almost 13 overnight pads the heavy ones in a matter of 6 hrs. Also I m having 6 to 7 cm clots about every 20 minutes and when the come out it causes a lot of pain. Something new is going on now when a clot passes it still hurts but the lips on the out side feel like someone is pinching them. Also the cramps are really painful. So my question is what should I do?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a menorrhagia, due to anemia, infection, fibroids, or some other structural abnormality of the system.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to compensate the anemia, and resistance against the infection.
The pain is due to the infection. It is relieved when the discharge and the infection are controlled.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
