What Treatment Is Suggested For Stomach Pain Due To Swallowing Of An Entire Candy?
my 8 yo ds swallowed a round hard piece of candy whole. He started to choke but then got it down. We gave him some water and he seemed ok for awhile. about an hour later he is complaining of stomach pain, seems a little feverish and doesn't want to eat.

Hello. Thank you for your question.These types of things happen all the time. Unfortunately the only treatment available is time. We have to give his system time to digest the candy. Once that happens, he will feel better. Keep him hydrated and give a lot of love.
