What Treatment Is Suggested For Sudden Bleeding Noticed At The 34th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, My wife is carrying 34 weeks twin baby and all of a sudden she started bleeding. When the doc checked the NSD and doc confirmed both babies are doing good. Doc has provided some injection to stop the bleeding. Can you please advice us what needs to be done?

Hi welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question.
Bleeding at 34 weeks should be scaned with ultrasound to rule out PLACENTA PRAEVIA or ABRUPTIO PLACENTA.
Then gynecologist can advise accordingly. If needed then ceserian section shold be done.
