I fell about 3 months ago really hard on my back and was bleeding for about 20 days. After ultrasound of the kidneys , it was diagnosed to be breakthrough bleeding due to PCOS. However - my back pain is still present after 3 months and although it has not worsened , I can’t get a good sleep as it hurts especially while lying down. Recently, there is a small lump on my back and the back pain has started to worsen. I am an overweight female and I’m 22. My back still really hurts. What is the treatment and how long more will it take to heal.
