What Treatment Should I Take For Headache After I Hit It?

I hit my head off the bedside Cabnit j 4 nights ago, then about 3pm the next day I had the start of an headache and since then it has not stop expect when I take a tablet pand it goes! I had a nose bleed which didn't last long! Also it was the opposite side of where I hit my head (left side) what should I do

first get CT scan brain done.
headache may be secondary to traumatic SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage )
take tab Naxdom 250 twice daily for 3 days.
