What Treatment Should I Take For The Dark Spots I Have On My Ankles ?
dark spots on the ankles good for a 16 year old??? Hi, my name is trystan daugherty i am a female and i am 16 years old, here is my story, I have dark spots on my ankle bones and i know that most people shouldt worry because it happens when they age but i am only 16 should i worry about whether it is serious or not?

There are various type of spots on ankle.
if some part of ankle remains in contact with ground while sitting,remian conact with ground becomes black and rough.
if you had some fungal infection and itching you may get,and having dermatitis,eczema.
if not doing proper cleaning in the creases you might have this discoloration.

-dermatitis
-eczema
-xerosis
-callosity
-lichenoid lesion
-frictional ds
-allergic ds
u need to apply good moisturizer three times a day
avoid wearing footwear that touch there
avoid direct contact of ankle with any thing like floor etc
better to consult dermatologist
as u r so young ,result will be excellent .
