What Treatment To Be Taken For Back Pain Followed By Ankle/arch Reconstruction Surgery?
I am experiencing deep pain around left groin & hip radiating around to back. I had ankle/arch reconstruction surgery 6 months ago & have recently gone back to slowly walking indoors. Have gone for deep tissue massage & also have lumbar & sciatica bone spurs & scoliosis . I had right total knee replacement last July & have worked on our dairy farm for 38 years. I am 30 lbs. overweight now because of inactivity the past few years. I am 61 year old female, had 5 pregnancies & live births. Am I just wearing out?
