What Treatment To Be Taken For Catarrh Followed By Cold?
Hi , for nearly 2 weeks started with cold then onto catarrh, due to blowing my nose clear I found my hearing was restored good enough to have conversatiom, sadly it only lasted 4 days, I still have catarrh, I use a towel over a bowl with christals to help.

Cold might need eustachian tube blockage so hearing slightly might be affected...
Treatment done symptomatic.
CBC done.If neutrophilia present antibiotic given...
Take steam inhalation ...
Decongestent like oxymetazoline useful
Salt water gargle done.
Avoid excess spicy food.
Antiinflammatory antihistaminic like cetrizine or chlorpheniremine needed.
More water.....
