hi I have what looks like an open sore or burn on my vagina and it's really hurting, I've been with the same partner for over 3 years so don't think it can be anything STI related, I suffer from bad thrush and have recently used veet down there (stupid I know) and since then is when I've had the problem, is there any way I can heal it as it really hurts even when I walk
