What Treatments Are Available For PMS?

Hi,i usually get my periods within 25 days(Flow is fine and pain also,lasts for 5 days) and get horrible PMS before periods.But this time ,i started spotting by 28th day and there after the flow is either light like water blood or spotting red.Then on 4th day of priod,i bled a bit and it was red.Now completely stopped.Took two pregnancy test and both were negative.I took thyroid test and TSH and T3 are within range,but T4 is borderline high i.e range within 11,mine is 11.9.What to expect from these,y i got scanty period or spotting.

For PMS you may start Cap. Premance from Mayor pharma twice day from the day you start feeling PMS, and stop at the time you start bleeding. Reference to Thyroid function TSH and T3 within range, there for repeat after 1 month and follow after comparing both reports.
