What Type And Amount Of Diet Is Good For A 15 Months Old Child?

I have a 15 months old boy . His current weight -9.1 Kgs and height is 77.5 Cms . His birth weight was - 2.75 Kgs. I want to know is there a measure - that 15 months old child should have certain amount of Protien - Carbohydrates etc . This will help me evaluate the food that i am feeding with .

thanks for your query on HMC

somebody comes to my clinic with this concern i would suggest him/her following
1. Plan for three meals and two snacks per day
2. 1000 - 1200 calories
3. protein and fat
12- 15 gms/day depending upon babys food choices and eating habits
meat and fishes are good for protein as well as fats
4. scrambled eggs or legumes for protein and cheese for fat
5. whole grains like fortified cereals, rice, pasta
6.Vegetables and Fruits like well cooked cauliflower mashed white or sweet potatoes and of course fresh fruits
