I believe before diagnosis all tests for typhoid and chickengunia are done and confirmed the diagnosis.
you consult your doctor and start the treatment of typhoid.There is no specific treatment for chickengunia,take symptomatic treatment.
Take liquid diet,avoid solid food,take more juice,fruits,rice,milk etc.
