What Type Of Tests Should Be Done After Inhaling Toxious Fumes Accidentally?
My brother inhaled toxious fumes when his daughters mixed household cleaners about 6 months ago. He still has symptoms and goes to the ER with numbness and tingling. Doctors have not been helpful, except to ascertain that his lungs seem to be OK. Does he need to see a neurologist? What type of checks or blood work should be done?

It is long gone since the accident happened, the test has to be done immediately after the accident and that is all depend upon the clinical sign and symptoms, right now there is no such test available which could detects toxins of that time, (At least looking to history) more over the symptoms whatever is, could be functional, so I would advise you to forget the it,, have nice day.
