Hi dear
I can understand your concern
in my opinion first 3 months of pregnancy we need to be very careful.
it's good not indulg in heavy traveling and strain related activities.
once baby starting to grow well you can travel little bit
so first three months it's better to be careful as the baby will be very small and freely floating in the womb.
sudden jerky moments at this stage is very harmful for baby and placenta

take care all the best for pregnancy

regards
