What type of underwear is recommended for men to wear? I have a physical coming up soon, and I've had many doctors in the past. The first doctor i had said that my boxers would not give me the proper support, and that I should try briefs. However, the next physical i received, the new doctor told me that the briefs i were wearing would greatly lower my sperm count, and i switched back. Which type of underwear [boxers, boxer-briefs, briefs (tighty whities), bikinis) is the best type for a man to wear?
