Hello there, Firstly its good move that you have decided to add this regime to your life style. To start with go with the 1kg dumbells . They are light and great amount of workouts and results can be achieved with it respect to body toning.Initial few days there will be some amount of muscle ache but doing the right stretches will overcome that. At the end of the month you can start with 2kgs.Once your comfortable with that further increase can be done depending on the work out if needed.Your qualified gym trainer would be able to guide you with that.
Hope this was helpful. Thank you.
