What Will Be The Effect Of Taking Regestrone After Pregnancy Confirmed

we took regestrone without knowingly but our urine report confirms our pregnancy. is it all rightMy daughter is 24 years old. she has polycystic ovary. she took 3 regestone tablets last week to get periods as her periods are irregular. but now the urine report confirms her pregnancy.is it okay

Regestrone is a Progesterone preparation. Progesterone is a progestational medicine. As the name indicates, it helps stabilization of the pregnancy. In cases where, the pregnancy is in precarious stage, progesterone in fact is prescribed for stabilizing the pregnancy.

Progesterone is a hormone which is secreted in large amounts by placenta during pregnancy to take the pregnancy to the term.

Thus you might have by now realized that Progesterone will not harm the baby. You do not have to worry for the Regestrone tablet. However, keep it informed to your Obstetrician.
