I have had coronary bypass two years back. I have been taking Exforge tabs.(amlodipine besylate/valsartan 5/80mg tabs. one daily, Concor (Bisoprolol Hemifumerate) 2.5mg one tab. daily and Ascard (Aspirin) 75mg one daily. My BP remains low at 115/70 pulse 67/min.. I feel very lethargic. Can I discontinue Concor and Aspirin (Ascard). What can be the withdrawal effects.
