What Will Happen If Contractions Happen During Pregnancy But Cervix Does Not Dilate?
hello im 38weeks pregant an 4 days an my cervic is 2ccm dilated and im having contractions alll the time i went to the doctors today and still nothing the baby is due on the 14 of next week but my cervic is not doing what will happen if i keep on contracting and my cervic stays the same is my baby suffering

Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic. You are getting LABOR PAINS, if this is not tackled then it might lead to MSlMECONIUM STAINING OF LIQUOR and the baby can aspirate. Its better the labor should be AUGMENTED and let the delivery happen .
