Hello

Thanks for consulting hcm

Read your query painless lump under jaw can be enlarged lymph nodes or due to dental infection . It can be infection in gums or tooth causing swelling.
Dont be worried so much I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon and get clinical examination of lump to get proper diagnosis .

Inmeantime do warm saline rinses and maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and using chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly.

Hope this will help you .
