What Would A Small Painful Lump Behind Right Ear Be?

Hello. Since yesterday I have had a pain behind my ear on the right side of my head. There appears to be a small bump there also, which I hadnt really noticed until a trip to the barbers on friday evening. It also hurts when I turn my head to the left. Any suggestions??
