hi, yesterday i was just exploring my vaginawith my pointer finger, I found a lump not a pimple. i touched and pushed it. it was not paritcularly painful. however when i went to wipe myself there was blood (just a smear - not dark) then later i went to the pathroom and miped more blood away. please tell me what that is/
