What Would Be The White Flecks In Stool After Having Constipation?

I am 36 years old and relatively healthy (good diet, exercise, etc.). Recently I have been constipated and today noticed some white flecks in my stool about the size of a sesame seed. I do not feel as though I am "getting everything out" so to speak, but the flecks in my stool concern me somewhat. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if no clinical symptoms are there and it is something found in stool as you mentioned flecks like material then it may be due to the diet taken, and may not be due to any disease or illness still just to clear the doubt stool cone be sent for test at the most it could be worms but clinical examination and gross appearance of stool can confirmed this hope this information helps.
