What Would Cause A Stroke Patient To Awake From Coma With Weakness In Leg?
What would cause a stroke victim to awake from coma with left leg not working and slight confusion when talking but can hold clear conversation. Progressing quickly. 5 Days in takes drastic step backwards with less function Physically and mentally than when first woke up from coma? Vision was great when woke up from coma now has very little vision?

From your explanation I realise there should be on going damage to brain. Get mri done as early as possible and do check with neuro physician and start the medication to control the on going damage. As well take enough of anti inflammatory to reduce the on going damage. And later start the physical therapy to improve the condition further.
