Im age 27 and i have premature ejaculation. Ive tried many techniques and none work. I got blood drawn and everything checked out. Im in need of help. I cannot last very long and small erection! What should I do? Or what can cause th8s problem? It has gone on for most of my sex life

Hi there, I have read your query and understand your concern. There are few techniques you can try to delay your ejaculation. First is spend less time in foreplay. Second when you are about to ejaculate, take penis out and massage at the base. This will stop the ejaculation for a while. Third you start thinking about something else before ejaculate, divert your mind from sex and it will get delayed. Hope answer was helpful to you
